行政總廚

Graduated from the Chinese Culinary Institute in 2008, Executive Chef Angus Chan started his much-decorated career within several renowned Chinese restaurants in Hong Kong, including Lei Garden, Mott 32, and John Anthony, slowly working his way up to the St. Regis Chinese Restaurant before joining CLUB C+.

Chef Angus is known for his impeccable culinary skills and creativity, especially on bringing forth the original taste of each individual ingredient.

2008年畢業於中華廚藝學院,CLUB C+ 的行政總廚陳定邦師傅曾於多間著名中菜館工作,包括利苑酒家、32公館、莊館等等,並逐步得到躍升機會,在加入CLUB C+擔任行政總廚前任職於瑞吉酒店的潤中菜廳。

陳師傅以扎實的粵菜基本功配合對各種食材的獨特理解,為客人帶來經典原味的中菜體驗。
